Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Michael J. Slevens founded Tax Recourse, LLC. and brings more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation and property tax consulting.
His background includes leadership roles in property tax consulting and corporate tax management, giving him a unique perspective on representing commercial property owners.
Michael has worked with major national portfolios, including Home Depot, Toys "R" Us, Cafaro, and Brixmor Properties. He specializes in property tax appeals, valuation strategy, and long-term tax savings.
He is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey and a Senior Property Tax Consultant registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
